Functional systemowner of World Compliance applications, internally developed applications for World Compliance work queues, profile creation and QA. Managerial responsibility for World Compliance application customer support, ETL Process and associated release management. Serves as the technical expert for researchers queues and workflows. Evaluates, tests and implements solutions for application enhancements. Provides leadership, guidance and expertise for the maintenance and enhancement of World Compliance applications.Accountabilities:1.Manages the World Compliance business analysts2.Provides Analytical Support for solution development and system enhancement.3.Identifies and provides improvements to systems and processes.4.Initiates and executes innovative approaches and ideas for improving processes5.Develops ideas to automate processes and create efficiencies.6.Researches and evaluates alternative approaches and recommend efficient and cost effective solutions.7.Prepares business case, and cost justification for solutions.8.Works with business unit Account Managers to identify and resolve customer system related issues. 9.Conducts and assists with specification walkthroughs of supported customer facing systems as required.10.Coordinates appropriate follow up for solutions implementation as needed including but not exclusive to testing and review. 11.Initiates database queries for analysis proposes as required using SQL. Generates custom reports as necessary.12.Plans, organizes and controls the activities of team members. Provides guidance and training to staff providing a fully cross-trained team. Conducts coaching and performance appraisals of subordinates.13. Writes Bugs and PBIs in TFS that clearly articulate the business goals and needs. Assist BAs in these activities.Qualifications:1.Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education with a minimum of 5 years experience in fulfillment with an ability to provide technical support of the same.2.3-5 years experience implementing, testing or supporting customer systems.3.Ability to effectively communicate technical and product requirements.4.Strong proven technical problem solving skills.5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.6.Demonstrate good judgement and independent decision making capabilities.7.Ability to be inventive, proactive and intuitive in the assessment of customer needs and requirements8.Utilize PC with standard productivity software daily9..Environment - Must be able to manage priorities by working through other resources to accomplish tasks. Needs to be able to manage through changing priorities, as defined by business units.10. Previous experience working in a SCRUM/Agile environment11. Previous experience writing requirements/PBIs.
