Responsible for managing a team of Estate Settlement Officers and Associates who handle probate estates and deceased grantor’s trusts Expected to ensure the delivery of a high level of administrative service while managing risks and adhering to established Bank policies and procedures. The Market Director is accountable for revenue and expense management for the team to ensure profitability. The Market Director provides technical expertise and guidance to the team and coaches and develops team members. Responsible for building relationships with key internal business partners and external attorneys and CPAs. Attends and participates in sales calls/marketing events with internal partners. Administers a personal book of accounts consisting of larger, more complex relationships requiring a high level of technical expertise. Market Director should be involved in community and professional activities to increase awareness of Estate Settlement Services and the Bank.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience required.

  • Law degree or CPA preferred.

  • 3 to 5 years management experience is preferred.

  • 7 plus years in the financial service industry

  • 7 years plus of estate settlement experience
