Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including but not limited to: answering phones, written correspondence and assisting in the preparation of reports, emails and proposals

  • Maintain current, accurate and easily accessible files and department data

  • Generating correspondence

  • Other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8AM-5PM

Skills:

Job Qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years of administrative/receptionist experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, desktop publishing, Access and other database software

  • Excellent organizational skills along with high attention to detail

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

  • Ability and work well in a collaborative team-based environment

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, problem solve and manage multiple priorities

  • Have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills
