Our client, in Coral Springs, is looking for a bilingual Spanish Customer Service representative to handle mid-volume inbound calls from customers taking orders and processing those orders. Good data entry and phone skills are required. Some overtime may be necessary. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is strongly preferred. Must be detailed oriented. 2+ years working in a call center environment is preferred. This is a stepping stone position that can lead to great opportunities.
