This position will drive continuous improvement to processes through applications.

How You'll Contribute
  • Collaborate and partner with business leaders in determining long term roadmap for business support platforms
  • Execute roadmap for improved efficiencies of business processes through the use of business support platforms
  • Partner with Learning and Development to implement training on applications for new hires, tenured, leaders and ongoing changes
  • Develop and lead alignment between business processes and business support platforms
  • Maintains hands on knowledge of processes, tasks, and technical aspects within oversight
  • Takes a lead role in contributing to the development of standards and best practices surrounding the use of enterprise applications
  • Responsible for monitoring and analyzing application utilization to ensure appropriate standards are being met
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of enterprise applications and stay ahead of the product industry by participating in industry groups, events, and organizations
  • Perform market research to identify new analytics platforms and/or tools that WBY could benefit from
  • Works with sales leaders to research, clarify, and resolve concerns
  • Acts as a liaison and lead for WBY in the division’s relationship with CHG Business Partners related to applications
  • Key stakeholder in application decisions
  • Contributes to a positive culture that fosters continuous process improvement
  • Participates in the hiring, training, and development of the operating systems support team
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by management

  • Demonstrate ability to create a vision for the company related to applications and how they support the businesses evolution
  • Ability to lead change management on a small or large scale
  • Aptitude to collaborate within cross-functional teams in multiple locations
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to influence and partner closely with various business functions
  • College degree
  • Undergraduate level Business Education, Technology or Learning and Development training or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business operations and leadership roles setting strategies and leading execution
  • Experience in the technology field, Learning and Development, or health care industry
