Position Purpose:

Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is a full-service, non-profit Catholic hospital, sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy and a member of Trinity Health.

Job Summary:

• Delivering quality professional nursing care to the Emergency Room patient, working as an integral part of the healthcare team, collaborating with physicians/nurses regarding patient treatment plans, and perform detailed assessments of patients.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of nursing

Experience & Skills:

  • 1-2 years previous experience working in a busy ED Department

  • Critical Care or ED Course a Plus

Licensure/Certification:

  • Florida RN license

  • ACLS, BLS, PALS

· We are looking for RNs that are flexible, self-sufficient and ready to jump in to different case loads with strong assessment, communication and organization skills.
