Work You ll DoWork with the acquiring company and the target company's upper management to design due diligence procedures, conduct field due diligence engagements, and perform complex accounting and due diligence procedures of balance sheets and income statements. Participate in the review and analysis of target company's annual reports and interact with target and client upper management to discuss field deal issues. Perform accounting and due diligence functions on field engagements for major corporate clients, and develop accounting worksheets. Participate in pre-due diligence planning for due diligence engagements, review target company's accounting and operating procedures and systems of internal control and conduct due diligence procedures which are sufficient in scope to support deal decisions made by clients. Participate in the preparation of due diligence reports, performing analytical reviews of financial documents and preparing the documentation supporting the due diligence findings. Perform accounting research to solve issues that arise during the course of due diligence engagements. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's (or higher) degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).Two years of auditing and public accounting experience.Experience must include two years of:Reviewing substantive testing on complex areas of clients' balance sheet and income statements;Performing audits under Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Public Company Oversight Board (PCAOB), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) auditing standards, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);Utilizing audited financial statements including review of quarterly financial information;Working with complex areas of client's balance sheets and income statements, including goodwill, complex investments, management estimates, and income taxes to identify deal issues and communicate them promptly to the clients;Utilizing advanced Excel tools including Pivot Tables, VLookup, and macros;Analyzing of budget and business plans;Analyzing cash flow statements;Identifying off-balance sheet commitments and financials to determine client's liabilities; andAnalyzing key drivers of the key relations of the business.Position requires approximately 30% travel.
