Revlon Associate Brand Manager - American Crew in Miami, Florida


  • Responsible for new product development for men’s grooming products.

  • Coordinate cross functional teams to develop new products across categories including R&D, Packaging, Logistics, Production, agencies.

  • Develop launch assets including displays, sales kits, and digital content.

  • Recommend and track NPD forecasts, launch plans, business objectives.

  • Manage monthly product forecasting requirements and attain appropriate inventory targets.

  • Develop and measure qualification criteria for new product or program rollouts.

  • Recommend and execute brand pricing strategies.

  • Analyze and evaluate market dynamics, consumption trends, economic influences and competitor activity.

  • Ensure promotional programs and brand projects are executed on a timely basis and within assigned budgets.

  • Assist countries and provides timely information and support.

  • Coordinate monthly social media calendar.

Major Duties:

  • Project management of Innovation projects.

  • RPMS Management (codes creating system)

  • Leading the Comp Process

  • Organizing artwork, components and bulk needs to create comps for ad shoots and sell-in meetings

  • Artwork Execution

  • Leading the execution of artwork changes through the system

  • Displays

  • Managing development and artwork routing of displays

  • Launch kits

  • Manages to send claims, how-to, samples, copy points, product images

  • Routes all creative internally to the team for alignment/approval (including Legal)

  • Coordinates of the promotional material and campaign assets

  • Development of launch kits to share with countries

  • Tracks NPD results and shares best-practices

  • Blue Coordination – ensuring that appropriate information/images are uploaded to Blue

  • Digital Assets - brief agency on NPD and coordinates the digital content diffusion in social media platforms


  • Experience in NPD/Regional/Global roles is a big plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrates strong accountability, velocity and responsiveness.

  • Takes full ownership of understanding Revlon’s processes, systems, regulations.

  • Bilingual Spanish. R&D and Plant are in Barcelona, Spain.

  • Be adept in time management, execution, follow up, and have excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent accountability and interpersonal skills.

  • Must have understanding or ability to learn category objectives and new product strategies.

  • Computer savvy with strong technical skills.

  • Finance acumen: NPD COG, project P&L management.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  • BS/BA degree

  • 5+ years of work experience (in Global consumer goods company preferred)
