Position Summary

Our transportation team in Miami FL has an excellent opportunity for an experienced contract specialist for FDOT construction contracts.

In this role, the Contract Support Specialist will be performing the road and bridge construction engineering (CEI) inspections or assisted in project related duties such as MAC, progress and final estimates, EEO compliance, processing construction contract changes, etc. Must be capable of exercising independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to the office aspects of the project.


  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required; Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred.

  • At least 5 years of previous road and bridge construction engineering inspection required and experience with FDOT construction contracts that have multiple financial ID projects

  • CTQP Final Estimates Level II required

  • Must be able to become proficient in Multi-Line and Engineering Menu

  • Local candidates are preferred
