Decision Management (DM): mission is to provide high advanced analytics and insightful strategic information to IPB US (especially Senior Management and Sales), to facilitate decision making process and collaborate on the execution of IPB US initiatives directed to increase productivity and close business gaps.

Decision Management uses many different data sources and repositories to perform advanced data analytic methodologies to provide insights to the IPB US business. By adopting powerful data management tools and business intelligent systems, DM perform analisys and provide reporting capabilities to many IPB US different Units such as Sales, Products, Operations, Strategy and Finance.

This position will lead Data Management and Data Governance programs for IPB US leveraging Global standard methodologies throught out CBNA Data Governance group to ensure compliance with global policies. Also it will be responsible to create Data Management and Data Quality controls in existing IPB US Tech platform in order to measure Quality maturity, identify and access Data Quality Issues and institute Issue Management and Resolution (IMR) processes.

Also it will be responsible for establishing appropriate processes to improve data quality in IPB US Data Warehouse, designing new controls and implementing alerts, reports, and procedures to support data quality standards.

The position will act as Senior Program Manager leading Data Governance projects and building strong relationships with program sponsors and key stakeholders, working with process owners, understanding the complexity of internal processes and translating into data quality requirements to data architectures, IT specialists, DBA’s, ETL, developers.


  • The purpose of the Sr. Project Manager is to be the IPB US Data Governance Officer to embrace and implement Data Governance practices inside IPB US, aligned with CBNA Global Data Governance team. Some activities, but not limited to, are:

  • Provide leadership on implementation and ongoing adherence to the requirements of the Data Governance GLobal Policy and Standards.

  • Prioritize data management activities, incl. data quality, and ensure adequate resources (including budget) to support these activities.

  • Understand and ensure the quality of the data produced and used by their businesses and subsequently made available to others.

  • Make available resource and requirements to support the implementation of the Data Quality Operating Model (DQOM).

  • Work together with skilled resources capable of identifying, analyzing, and implementing solutions to DQ problems.

  • Review Data Quality Plans provided by Data Governance Officer and Data Governance Leaders

  • Act as an escalation point for program risks and issues

  • Facilitate resource/stakeholder engagement on data governance initiatives.

  • Drive a consistent approach to Data Governance across all Management teams

  • Actively manage data quality issues to resolution, including the identification, prioritization and remediation of IMR issues, ensuring resolution through the end-to-end process, coordinating with business, technology and operations.

  • Define and implement a business Data Quality rules for CDEs based on fit for purpose requirements established by the business .

  • Measure CDMP compliance and adherence to GCB Data Governance standards



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in IT or business

  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead program work on a global large scale level.

  • 6-10 years’ experience in successfully managing complex projects and programs which include external suppliers through the full project lifecycle, from conception through rollout and ongoing support

  • At least 3 years’ experience in genuine Program Management during which s/he applied a structured approach (methodology) to the successful management, tracking, planning, monitoring and reporting of concurrent, multiple financial services projects spanning broad geographies and organizations

  • Experience with enterprise program management tools

  • Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills

  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills which can be leveraged to consistently succeed

  • Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management

  • Individual should be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Evidence quality leadership in motivating and inspiring people within area of responsibility

  • Technical proficiencies in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; MS Project preferred

  • PMP preferred
