Kforce Operations Specialist in Miami Lakes, Florida

Kforce has a client in Miami Lakes, Florida (FL) that is seeking an Operations Specialist. Responsibilities:

  • Uses prior banking knowledge in branch and back office operations to assist branch associates with balancing and procedural issues

  • Performs Maintenance on Fiserv Vision and Customer Source Systems

  • Reviews daily Reports and communicates errors to the Branch Network and Management

  • Performs necessary input to correct errors

  • Perform Quality Control Reviews of input to ensure data integrity

  • Assists branches with balancing and procedural issues

  • May handle customer queries, special requests and problem resolution

  • Completes various account maintenances

  • Compiles and accurately reports all financial data as required by client and government regulations

  • Reviews daily reports, communicates errors and logs information into error logs

  • Performs Quality Control Reviews of input to ensure data integrity

  • Takes corrective action on errors identified on new accounts reports or during Quality Control Reviews

  • Advises Supervisor and / or ROM's of discrepancies found with the company's policies, procedures, forms, spreadsheets, logs, reference tools, etc.

  • Advises Supervisor and / or ROM's of procedural issues / policy violations

  • Works with Bank Operations Team on Special Projects as assigned by supervisor

  • Attends seminars and training sessions as assigned by supervisor

  • Advises Supervisor of procedural issues / policy violations

  • Advises supervisor of required updates based on knowledge attained by attending seminars and / or training sessions

  • Maintains an understanding of all current financial products, policies, procedures and regulations

  • May compile and monitor required reports on operating functions of the department, such as Fedlink, I-Link, G/L Reconcilement, Balancing ACH and ACH Reclamations

  • High School diploma or GED/equivalent

  • Level I - four years, Level II - five years and Level III - six years related experience in a Branch and / or Bank
