Position Title: Inbound Customer Care Positions

Location: 7562 Southgate Blvd #5 North Lauderdale, Florida 33068

Duration: Permanent Role

Company offers competitive compensation, performance based bonus, benefits including health, vision and dental after 60 days, as well as a 401K plan after 90 days.

Training Days: Monday - Friday

Training Hours: AM Training is 7am to 3:30pm - PM Training is 4pm to 12:30am

Job Description:

Inbound customer service assisting customers with the gearing up of enrollment into health care plans.

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Navigate Multiple Windows.

• Legally authorized to work in US.

• Computer Knowledge.

• Work Full Time.

• Ability to follow instructions.

• Type 25 WPM.

• Excellent Verbal Skills/Communication.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Demonstrate Empathy.

• 6 months or greater customer service experience.
