A busy Palm Beach Gardens firm is looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to fill the position of Receptionist. We are looking for a Receptionist that will enjoy being the first point of contact for customers phoning or visiting our facility in person, that has 2+ years experience as a office admin or receptionist. The individual we seek should present a positive, friendly and inviting reception for customers, vendors and employees. The candidate we seek should be out going, friendly, articulate and enjoy speaking with customers. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate employee when the employee is not available. Take and retrieve messages for employees. Receive, sort and distribute mail. Assist with the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies, as needed. Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to company, company fax number, company website, and other related information. Coordinate schedule for training room and conference room. Act as host to our guests who visit us at our office or training center. Work with sales for hosted events such as seminars and presentations. Coordinate travel arrangements for employees. Assist with other clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing etc. as requested.
