Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete income tax provisions and tax related disclosures included in SEC filings.
Complete E&P calculation for non-US subsidiaries.
Review various municipal and federal tax returns for foreign locations.
Examine withholding Tax issues and intercompany transactions.
Maintain and gather information for the transfer pricing studies.
Review monthly reconciliation and roll-forward of tax accounts.
Assist with various federal, state and foreign tax audits.
Perform research on international tax issues.
Review responses to federal, foreign and state information requests and notices.
Research and document issues related to various technical foreign tax issues.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
- May be responsible for supervising and providing guidance to staff accountants.

Education and/or Experience:
BA/BS in Accounting required, specialization in tax preferred.
4-7 years of corporate tax experience, in the tax department of either a publicly held company or an accounting firm.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive work attitude, and detail orientation.
Proficient in Word and Excel. Great Plains experience a plus.
Must be willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally.
Must have experience working with international tax. Latin America regional experience is a plus.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area and volume.
- Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- CPA preferred.
